There are three accessible suites which are specially equipped with grab rails, emergency cords and adapted bathrooms. There are disabled refuge areas on all bedroom floors along with hearing induction loop at reception. All areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible except the outdoor jacuzzi. The steam room and sauna can be accessed via the basement for wheelchair users.
The Leinster is part of the 50 Shades of Green Program. To support eco-friendliness, we have eliminated all single-use plastic products, provide recycling and waste-saving services, use water-efficient toilets and use local artists’ works and design services throughout the property. Within Jean-Georges & The Collins Club, our team are dedicated to source local food & beverage suppliers and our proud to include zero waste cocktails on our menus.
Technology will play a huge role in the guest experience at The Leinster through the use of BOWO and Salto Key Technology. BOWO will be our digital concierge from check-in to in stay activities, allowing the guest to communicate with the team directly and instantly. By harnessing instant messenger apps like Whatsapp, the guest can reach out on platforms their comfortable with. Bowo also encompasses our digital lock system which offers the guest a keyless experience, allowing them to check in at their convenience and be notified when their room is ready.
